Angie's Heart of Hope CIC is active on social media (currently Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok and YouTube coming soon) to share our work and connect with our community. This page explains how we use these channels and what we ask of anyone engaging with us there.
We use our social media channels to share updates, wellbeing content, community stories (shared with care — see our Safeguarding Statement), and information about how to get involved. Our posts are not a substitute for professional advice, and are not a crisis or emergency service.
We want our social media spaces to feel safe and welcoming. When engaging with our pages, please:
We may remove comments or posts that breach these guidelines, and may block or report accounts engaging in abusive, harmful, or illegal behaviour. This is a judgement we apply as fairly and consistently as we reasonably can.
Please don't rely on our social media messages or comments for urgent support — we may not see or respond to messages immediately. If you're in crisis, please see our Get Support page for immediate help, or call 999 in an emergency.
If you see something on our social media that concerns you — including anything that raises a safeguarding concern — please email angieheartofhope@gmail.com or report it directly to the platform.
